Add salt and potatoes to a pot of water and bring it to a boil until potatoes turn soft
Spray some cooking oil on 3 cloves of garlic wrapped in aluminium foil
Roast in the oven at 200C for about 10 mins
Remove the skin and any burnt parts of the roasted garlic
Mash the boiled potatoes, roasted garlic, pepper and butter until well combined.
Drain the water from tuna cans and add to the mashed potato mixture.
Crack eggs into the mixture and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Scoop enough tuna potato mixture into ramekins or baking dish
Sprinkle some dried italian herbs on top (optional)
Bake in a preheated oven at 200C until golden brown
