Includes a "Trump Tax Stamp."
The "Trump Tax Stamp" was affixed to playing cards, hanafuda cards, and mahjong tiles to certify the payment of the "Trump Tax," which was levied on "trump-related items." This tax system was abolished with the introduction of the consumption tax in 1989, so this item is believed to be over 36 years old.
Although new and unused, it is a very old item and shows signs of aging. The "Ace Trump Card Game" booklet has sun damage (see photo 7).
The playing cards are still in their original plastic wrap, but the wrap is torn, and dust has entered through the gaps (see photos 9-12).
The case has cracks, scratches, and stains due to long-term storage in a warehouse (see photos 13-17).
