This is a much better way of making crispy ikan bilis and papadum without frying in oil. You still get the same crispiness and it’s more healthy without the soaked oil. I’ve also tried Keropok (Deep fried fish crackers) but it was unsuccessful as most of them are quite thick compared to Papadum. Get those
